I was working on putting together a photo gallery and was considering different ways of approaching this. I decided I wanted to use Lightbox, not realizing how many versions (and old ones) there are out there. The first one I installed had some issues, particularly with positioning and cross browser compatibility.

I eventually stumbled upon Slimbox, a Lightbox clone that uses the MooTools framework. It was really light/compact and worked so beautifully. I wish I had found this one first!
